ADAMEK Signature Dental Libraries
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 16 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of digital products offered under the ADAMEK Signature Dental Libraries brand.
The Supplier and licensor of the digital products is:

Hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier", "we", "us" or "our".
By purchasing, downloading, installing or using an ADAMEK Signature Dental Libraries product, the customer ("Customer" or "you") agrees to these Terms and the applicable End User License Agreement ("EULA").
1. Products
ADAMEK Signature Dental Libraries are digital dental CAD libraries intended primarily for dental technicians, dental laboratories, dentists and other appropriately qualified dental professionals.
Products may include, depending on the particular product:
- 3D tooth geometries;
- STL or other 3D files;
- XML/configuration files;
- library configuration files;
- preview images;
- installation files;
- documentation;
- installation instructions;
- updates or additional files;
- other associated digital content.
The exact contents and compatibility of each Product are specified on its respective product page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product is supplied.
2. Professional use
The Products are professional digital design resources.
The Customer is responsible for determining whether a Product is appropriate for the intended workflow and for ensuring that all dental restorations, appliances or other outputs created using the Product are properly designed, reviewed, manufactured and clinically assessed where required.
The Products do not replace professional judgement.
The Supplier does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment through the Products.
3. Software compatibility
The Customer is responsible for checking the stated software requirements and compatibility information before purchase.
A Product may be designed for a specific CAD software platform, software generation or configuration.
Compatibility with software versions or third-party systems not expressly listed by the Supplier is not guaranteed.
Updates or changes made by third-party CAD software manufacturers may affect compatibility. Where reasonably possible, the Supplier may provide updated files or instructions, but permanent compatibility with all future third-party software versions is not guaranteed.
4. Purchase and payment
Where checkout is provided by Lemon Squeezy, the payment transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
Lemon Squeezy states in its current Buyer Terms that the buyer purchases the product from Lemon Squeezy while the product is licensed or supplied by the underlying Supplier.
Accordingly, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, invoices, chargebacks and certain transaction-related matters may be governed additionally by Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms.

The license to the ADAMEK Signature Dental Libraries Product itself is granted subject to our EULA.
5. Delivery
Products are supplied electronically.
Following successful payment, the Customer will normally receive access to the purchased Product through a download page, customer portal, email, or another electronic delivery mechanism.
The Customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to that email account.
6. License — not sale of intellectual property
Purchase of a Product does not transfer ownership of the Product, tooth geometry, library, design or underlying intellectual property to the Customer.
The Customer receives only the limited license described in the applicable EULA.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
7. Accounts and download access
Where an account or customer portal is provided, the Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their access credentials.
Download links, accounts and license credentials are intended solely for the authorized Customer and may not be shared for the purpose of allowing unauthorized persons to obtain the Product.
We may reasonably restrict or suspend access where there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized redistribution or material violation of the EULA, subject to applicable law.
8. Prices
Prices are displayed on the website or checkout before purchase.
Taxes may depend on the Customer's location and status.
Where Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy handles transaction-related sales tax/VAT obligations within its Merchant-of-Record service.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the separate ADAMEK Signature Dental Libraries Refund Policy, applicable law and, where relevant, Lemon Squeezy's transaction terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Updates
Unless stated otherwise on the Product page, purchase of a Product does not constitute a promise that new versions, major redesigns, additional libraries or future products will be provided free of charge.
Minor corrections or compatibility updates may be provided at our discretion or where required by applicable law.
11. Support
Reasonable installation assistance may be provided through the support contact specified on the website.
Support does not include, unless expressly purchased or advertised:
- general CAD training;
- computer repair;
- third-party software configuration unrelated to the Product;
- dental design services;
- individualized clinical advice.
12. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Products, including their original digital geometry, presentation, graphics, documentation, branding and associated materials, remain with the Supplier or applicable rights holder.
ADAMEK Signature Dental Libraries and associated branding may not be used in a manner suggesting affiliation, authorization or endorsement without permission.
13. Prohibited conduct
The Customer must not use the Products in violation of the EULA.
In particular, unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, file sharing, sublicensing, publication or provision of library source files to third parties is prohibited except where expressly permitted by the license or mandatory law.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Supplier shall not be liable for losses resulting from:
- incorrect clinical or technical use of a Product;
- incorrect CAD design decisions made by the Customer;
- improper manufacturing;
- third-party software malfunction;
- unsupported software versions;
- modifications made to Product files by the Customer or third parties;
- failure to follow installation or usage instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections afforded by the law that would otherwise apply to them.
16. Consumer dispute resolution
Where applicable, eligible Czech consumer disputes may be submitted to the competent alternative dispute resolution body, including the Czech Trade Inspection Authority where it has jurisdiction.
The former European Commission ODR platform is not referenced because it was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version presented or otherwise applicable at the time of that purchase, except where subsequent changes are required by law or validly agreed.

2. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
ADAMEK Signature Dental Libraries
End User License Agreement
Effective date: 16 September 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of all digital dental libraries distributed under the ADAMEK Signature Dental Libraries brand.
1. Ownership
The Product is licensed, not sold.
Purchase of the Product does not transfer copyright, intellectual property rights, ownership of the underlying digital geometry or any other proprietary rights to the Customer.
All such rights remain with:
3DpremiumLAB Plus s.r.o. and/or the applicable author/rightsholder.
2. Individual License
Unless another license type is expressly stated at checkout, purchase grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for the Customer's own professional activities.
The Individual License may be activated or installed on up to two (2) devices used by the same individual user.
The Product may be used to design dental restorations and other permitted dental work for the Customer's patients or clients.
3. Commercial dental work permitted
The Customer may use the library commercially in their ordinary dental or dental laboratory practice.
For example, the Customer may use the Product to design:
- crowns;
- bridges;
- veneers;
- implant restorations;
- temporary restorations;
- digital wax-ups;
- other compatible dental restorations.
The Customer may charge their own clients for restorations designed using the library.
This does not grant the right to sell or distribute the library itself.
4. Prohibited redistribution
The Customer may not, without prior written authorization:
- sell the Product or any part of it;
- resell individual tooth files;
- share Product source files with another person;
- distribute Product files to another dental laboratory;
- upload Product files to file-sharing services for third-party access;
- upload them to Telegram groups, forums, cloud-sharing groups, torrents or similar distribution channels;
- sublicense the Product;
- publish the original library files;
- include the Product files in another digital library offered to third parties.
5. Modification does not transfer ownership
The Customer may make modifications reasonably necessary for their own permitted dental work.
However, modifying, transforming, remeshing, smoothing, scaling, combining or otherwise editing Product geometry does not transfer ownership of the underlying Product to the Customer.
A modified version may not be redistributed as a competing dental library where doing so would reproduce or unlawfully exploit protected elements of the Product.
6. No library extraction for redistribution
Except to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, the Customer may not systematically extract, reconstruct or reproduce Product assets for the purpose of creating a competing redistributable dental library.
This restriction does not prevent ordinary modification of teeth while designing an individual patient's restoration.
7. Finished restorations
The restrictions above apply to the library assets, not ordinary finished dental work.
The Customer may manufacture and sell patient-specific restorations created using the Product in accordance with the license.
8. Device changes
A licensed user may move the Product to a replacement computer provided that the license remains used only by the authorized user and within the applicable device limit.
Reasonable reinstallation caused by hardware replacement does not by itself constitute a new purchase.
9. Multi-user laboratories
An Individual License does not permit multiple technicians to independently use the library.
Where multiple users within a laboratory require access, an appropriate Lab / Multi-User License, if offered, must be purchased.
10. Backup copy
The Customer may maintain a reasonable backup copy solely for backup and disaster-recovery purposes.
A backup copy may not be provided to another person.
11. Updates
Updates remain subject to this EULA unless accompanied by a different license agreement.
An update does not transfer ownership of the Product.
12. Unauthorized sharing
If we reasonably determine that a license has been unlawfully distributed or materially used outside its permitted scope, we may take proportionate steps permitted by law, which may include suspending download access, requesting cessation of the violation or terminating the affected license for material breach.
Termination does not affect remedies otherwise available under applicable law.
13. No transfer
The license may not be sold, rented, sublicensed, transferred or assigned to another person or business except with our written consent or where mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Professional responsibility
The Product is a design resource.
The authorized professional remains responsible for evaluating each design before manufacture and clinical use.
The Product does not independently determine whether a restoration is clinically appropriate.
15. Third-party software
ADAMEK Signature Dental Libraries may operate within third-party CAD software.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the developer of such third-party software unless expressly stated.
Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
16. Term
The license is perpetual unless:
- the Product page specifies a subscription or time-limited license; or
- the license is validly terminated due to a material breach.
17. Entire license
This EULA, together with the applicable Terms & Conditions and Product-specific license information shown at purchase, constitutes the license governing use of the Product.
